Je suis tombé, samedi soir, sur une série que je ne connaissais pas : The event, pas mal du tout, mélangeant polar et fantastique !!
Bon par contre j'ai cru comprendre qu'elle avait été arrêtée à la saison 2

Vu District 9 sur France 4 dimanche dernier, une histoire de science-fiction (produite par Peter Jackson)....Vraiment remarquable, aussi bien dans la façon de filmer certains moments clés (type caméra au poing, style reportage) que dans le contenu.
Des extraterrestres réfugiés en Afrique du Sud depuis 20 ans, suite à un acident survenu sur lur vaisseau, sont parqués dans le District 9. Leur destin est entre les mains d'une multinationale, le MNU, qui s’intéresse à un certain nombre de leurs caractéristiques.
Wikus, un agent de terrain du MNU, contracte un mystérieux virus qui se met à modifier son ADN, le transformant peu à peu en alien. Il devient l'individu le plus recherché de la planète...

Ah ? Ben pourtant, en dehors de la scène finale, le film est une adaptation on ne peut plus fidèle au livre
